Camping

What Willow Camping means:

The 'campground' is actually a cow pasture the other 362 days a year. (needs picture with cows in the pasture.)

To stay in this pasture, as you might expect, there are some rules that we ask you to follow when deciding to camp for the weekend. If you have any questions, feel free to send us an email.

Campground Gates

Friday - 12:00 noon to 10:00 P.M.
Saturday - 7:00 A.M. - 10:00 P.M.
Sunday - 7:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Gates will be closed at 10:00 P.M. 24 hour grounds patrol BY by Police Officers, and Civlians.

Camping rules

Camping is a privilege (on private land) extended to those who participate in the activities on the church grounds. Please pay TBA per camper admission for the weekend of camping, at the time of registration. Please make checks payable to the "Willow Folk Festival". If waiting to pay until arrival, the cost will be TBA per camper. Children under the age of 8 will be admitted free. This will also allow you admission to the church grounds for both days. This is our record of your co-operation. Thank-You!!

Those who have prepaid will be given priority and will be allowed to chose their own camping sites. Those who chose to pay at the time of arrival will have to camp in the lower pasture. Space is limited! Preferential consideration is given to those annual co-operating participants.

Necessary Requirements: Pre-Register and prepayment with complete name, address and telephone number. Do the same for each person you register on your slip. This is key to the safe, compatible friendships you have come to enjoy. You will be notified by mail or telephone if your application is denied. Your registration form will be at the camp gates this year so make sure it is accurate. One car per camp site!

All campsites must be maintained in a safe, clean, orderly manner. You will need to privide your own camp equipment.

Trespassing is discouraged! Only registered campers, stage entertainers and paying program listeners are welcome on the campgrounds.

For the safety of all on the roadways, bridges, barb-wire fences and private property, all children should be supervised by their parents, not the festival workers!!
